It depends on the package and how quickly you can turn around copy, photos and feedback, but you'll get a clear date agreed before anything starts, not a vague "a few weeks" estimate.
Ideally your own photography, a sense of the pages you need and any existing brand details (logo, colours, that kind of thing). If you don't have all of that yet, it's not a blocker; sourcing images and drafting copy together is a normal part of getting started.
It's built into the package you choose: one round on Essential, two on Business, three on Growth. Most projects don't need more than that, because the direction gets agreed properly before any building starts.
One-off means you own the site outright after a single payment. Monthly spreads the same investment over time and adds hosting, maintenance and ongoing updates, so there's nothing extra to sort out yourself.
If it's a genuine fault rather than a change you've made yourself, I'll sort it. Beyond that, monthly clients have ongoing support built in, and one-off clients can always come back for further work, priced separately.
That's where the studio's based and where most enquiries come from, but the work itself doesn't need to be local: if a call and a shared document work for you, distance isn't an issue.
